Pacey trip in Swildons to try and develop efficient cave movement @JonnyC: A jaunt down to sump 2, unfortunately Darren was unwell thus unable to join us. Swildon's was stupidly dry (and thus very quiet), got to sump one in 28 minutes and sump two in 38 minutes. Slightly more relaxed pace on the way out, inluding a quick trip up to the top of the fourty. Ploughed straight past the water chamber on the way out to find myself mildly confused in the old grotto, so came out of the short dry way.

@RichM: A quick ride out over Mendip starting from Rowberrow Bottom and working our way gradually up through the woods in stages trying some of the fast downhill sections and then climbing back up as we went [not everyone joined Paul and I in this game]. Headed up over Blackdown to radio masts then did East / West Twin, Reads then down to the Swan where I left rest of group to drop out the bottom whilst i went up to the Longbottom Farm exit

Digging @RichM: Cleared more spoil, whilst Ade built the lesser wall of Bath to stack spoil behind. Good progress downwards but increasing difficulty loosing the spoil. As we progressed opened up a good drafting spot in the floor making whole area more fresh
