Rescue practice, acted as casualty for haul out @RichM: Practice rescue in upper series of Swildon's as part of the MCR 75 anniversary events, saw me heading down to the water chamber with a full rescue team in hot pursuit. On hearing the sound of lots of heavy equipment i accidently fell and sustained a nasty fractured tib & fib.
