Autumnal walk past Brothers Water, over Hartsop above How around to Dove Crag, a nice Dinner in Priest's Hole before dropping out through Dovedale back to Hartsop @JonnyC: Having toyed with many and various configurations for this wander, we ended up heading out of Sykeside past Brothers Water to the lower end of the Hartsop Above How ridge. We started our ascent which we took gently so as not to over exert. We charged AI with the nav at which he did very well, he navigated us along various featur ...
A pleasant novice trip to the drainpipe @JonnyC: Determined to deliver on my promise of an underground experience I picked up the boys and headed for the delights of Goatchurch. After a quick exploration of Avelines we strolled up west twin to drop into the main entrance. A little history and geology was shared before trying the slide and dropping down Giants steps. We explored the high level passage and headed down the terrace into the Boulder chamber. Kyle and Dean succeeded at the under ...
Our final hill to complete our week long tour of the 39 historic county tops of England was in our home county of Somerset. A surprise gesture was a very welcome sign on top of the Beacon placed by avid supporters of our challenge - thanks gentlemen and a massive thank you to everyone who supported our challenge, in turn saving lives in the future by supporting the work of SAVES
A quick stroll to sump one via the short dry after a damp day on Mendip @JonnyC: Took the opportunity to meet up with RM for a quick trip through the short dry to sump one and back, a little shocked by my fitness levels as stopped a number of times to catch my breath, a lesson is to be learned from this. Nice catch up.

Camping for the night at the old station
Sunny stroll up Pen y Fan trying to get fit for the Ben
Wander up to Pen y Fan in good sunshine, up from storey arms layby path return via TJ obelisk then off path back to storey arms @JonnyC: Sunny weather meant a change of plans, instead of progressing the personal task list I grabbed they keys and headed to the Beacons. Good weather made the trail up pretty warm as well as being a little crowded, beautiful weather on top for a lunch stop before grabbing some tranquillity off path on the way back.

Worms and Seals - Worm's Head
Nice stroll over worm's head @JonnyC: A last minute plan to get some sea air and break the walking boots in, took the opportunity to head up to Gower and wander the peninsula and to take Andy and Soph on to Worm's Head. The weather turned out to be pretty much perfect although the sun tucked in behind the clouds before Andy got to launch the drone. Good stroll and good to get out, nice to have a little visit from a seal also.
The annual Christmas party with a twist, someone stole the Christmas tree but the festivities went on regardless @MLeP: Why troughs are better than cranes... @MLeP: Good work Go Pro! :)
