A trip into hard rock cafe with supplies for a digging expedition @RichM: On the way in we were hauling a tackle bag up the fixed ladder pitch and managed to dislodge a large boulder which desended the pitch rapidly towards us - not knowing which way to move we stayed still and the boulder struck the floor, shattering 50cm from us - another close shave!

Full rescue callout - 1 casualty extricated @RichM: I was at home and recieved a phone call from a caver saying there had been an accident in North Hill Swallet. I told them to dial 999 to mobilise MCR and grabbed my caving gear and headed for the Wessex.
