Martin & I agreed to do a rescue practice for a caving club - after briefing and equipment demos we headed for the upper series of swildons where i found myself having an "accident" Many oscars latter I was recovered to the surface in a stretcher after valiant efforts by the club and some co opted help from passing university cavers. A very cold journey!
